An introduction for perspective Industry Partners
Welcome to the ILPA Industry Partner page. If your business services photographers and/or the nature photography industry, then this is an organization you should belong too and this is the website you should have your ILPA business webpage listed on.
Your Industry webpage will be listed in the main menu in a drop down sub menu under the Industry partners tab. That’s the same tab where this page lives. After you join ILPA just send us all your webpage copy, photographs and the backlinks that you want to include in the design.
We’ll use the backlinks you supply to link people to the website(s) and webpage(s) you choose to link too; your website, your products, workshops and tours. And, send us the photographs you want us to include in your webpage design. Give us guidelines on how you would like the page to look and we’ll lay it out for you to your specifications. This first design is included in your Industry partner membership and the first round of revisions after that are as well. I want to give us a chance to get it right. For subsequent revisions after the second round on changes we’ll bill design time at $60/hour.

You can send us the html code for your page and we’ll simply copy and paste it into your ILPA page. This way you’ll likely get exactly what you want in the first draft. Please keep in mind that we’re running a mobile friendly website.
The industry membership level is for businesses wanting to promote their business on this website, at the annual conference and in the ILPA quarterly newsletter. Your business will stand out amongst the rest with an Industry Partner Membership. And your business will be advertised in the quarterly newsletter and at the annual conference.
The industry partnership membership fees may be waived in part, or completely, in certain circumstances where sponsorships can be arranged. Please contact us directly if the sponsorship route interests your business.
The benefits of an industry partner membership include:
1/ your own industry partner webpage page listed in the dropdown menu on the “Industry Partners” tab in the header menu of the ILPA website.
2/ Your ILPA webpage will be indexed on google and the outward bound links to your website will be counted towards the page rank of your businesses website.
3/ Your ILPA webpage can include:
– your logo
– as many outward bound external links to your business website(s), facebook page (s) as desired
– links to your social media channels
– the webpage will be built for you with content you provide. A 2000 word text content limit and 10 photograph limit are included
– Additional space for more copy and photographs is available at a negotiated price
– Your web page can be updated up to 3 times a year. Additional updates are available with time billed.
4/ in addition to your own industry partner ILPA webpage you’ll also have a highlighted listing on the professional member’s page on this website with a thumbnail photograph/logo, up to 50 words of text plus external links to your business website, an internal link to your ILPA webpage, your facebook page and up to five more other appropriate business links. That’s up to 5 links to increase your SEO page rank.
5/ a 75 word advertisement in the Industry Partner section of the quarterly newsletter including the text copy, a photograph, your logo and an external link to your website. The newsletter is sent out each quarter to the entire membership list unless individual members have opted out of receiving newsletter notifications. Additional advertising space in the newsletter is available.
6/ attend the trade show at the annual conference with a $200.00 discount on the regular booth rates. Discount applies to any booth/table size. This will cover the cost of a 3×8 table in the trade show in the 2017 Landscape Photography Summit.
7/ two passes to the annual conference and trade show, The Banff Landscape Photography Summit. The value of these passes alone will cover the entire cost of your industry partner membership.
8/ a highlighted listing on the professional member’s page on this website with one photograph or your logo and an internal link to your ILPA business page.
9/ the highlighted listing on the professional member’s page includes 50 words of text.
10/ 25% discount on the regular price for other opportunities with ILPA, as they become available.
11/ opportunity to offer your promotions, workshops, tours and events to ILPA members on your business webpage and in the quarterly newsletter
12/ a membership certificate to proudly display on your home office/digital studio wall. Certificates will be mailed out 3-4 weeks after you join ILPA.
13/ You’ll also receive a glass membership award proudly displaying your business name.
14/ Glass membership awards will be handed out annually at the conference, or, they will be mailed to you 3-4 weeks after the annual conference if you are unable to attend.
ILPA is a young organization which has grown out of the first successful conference held last winter in Banff, AB, Canada on Jan. 8-10, 2016, the ILPA Landscape Photography Summit. We had speakers from across the country presenting on all aspects of nature photography and photography tours heading out during the day and night. We also had trade representatives from The Camera Store in Calgary and Panasonic Canada displaying and demonstrating their products.
Your Trade Show Booth at the 2017 ILPA Summit
Join as an industry partner and receive an 8’x6′ booth in the Summit trade show as part of your membership. You will also receive a significant discount off of the regular trade show booth prices if you would like to upgrade your booth size from the 8’x6′ table and booth and table size.where you can present your products to photographers who are your target client. The attendance for next year is set to be ~80 attendees.
We can have someone attend you booth if you can’t make it
If you cannot attend the trade show in person, then simply send us your booth and printed material/your display product/give-a-aways. We can set up your booth, replenish your brochures as needed and even staff your booth for an additional fee. Contact us and we can talk about how we can give you a presence at the trade show. Both ourselves at ILPA, and the Summit delegates, want you to have a presence at the Summit.

Each year I design this conference to be an event I would want to attend. I seek out the best presenters in the industry. And, I would want to see the best landscape photography trade show at this event as well.
